Shipping Policy

You are welcome to shop at Daddy Herb. We promise to deliver your wellness products in a timely and secure manner. The terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy are listed below.

1.⁠ ⁠Shipment Processing Time
Orders take 24-48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays) to be processed. Once your order has been shipped, you will get a notification.
Note: Orders are not shipped or delivered during the weekends or holidays.

2.⁠ ⁠Delivery Estimates and Shipping Rates.
The cost of shipping your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We endeavor to deliver the best on time:
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.
Rest of India: 5–7 business days.
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days.
Note: Delivery may be delayed due to unexpected weather events, strikes, or courier issues.

3.⁠ ⁠Order Tracking
A Tracking Number(s) is sent to you in the form of a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS when your order has already been shipped. Tracking of your package will be done and the tracking number will be enabled within 24 hours of the dispatch.

4.⁠ ⁠Damages and Leakage
Daddy Herb is responsible for the security of your products while they are en route. If you receive a product with a broken seal, damaged bottles, or leaks, you must inform our support team within 48 hours of receiving the product. To help us process your replacement as quickly as possible, we suggest taking an unboxing video as evidence.

5.⁠ ⁠Improper Shipping Addresses.
We do not deliver any orders that fail due to incorrect or incomplete customer addresses. Do not forget to recheck your shipping information before completing your order. If a package is returned to us, there may be additional shipping costs for re-delivery.

6.⁠ ⁠Delivery Confirmation
When the courier partner changes a package's status to delivered, it is considered delivered. If you have not received the package even after the status shows as delivered, please inform us within 24 hrs.
