1.⁠ ⁠No Return Policy
We do not accept returned medicines and oils because they are sensitive health products; once delivered, they are gone. This is to ensure that the quality and integrity of the medicine are not compromised.

2.⁠ ⁠Replacement Only
We do not make any Replacement except in the following instances:

  • Broken Bottle: In case the capsule bottle is broken or cracked.
  • Leakage: In case of leakage of the oil bottle or if the seal is broken during transportation.
  • Wrong Product: If you have been delivered an alternative to what you ordered.

3.⁠ ⁠How to Request a Replacement?
To qualify for a replacement, you have to take the following steps:

  • Time Frame: The issue should be reported within 24-48 hours of delivery.
  • Evidence needed: You must provide clear images or a short video of the unboxing, damage, or leakage.
  • Condition: This product should be unopened and untouched.

4.⁠ ⁠Process
After you provide us with the necessary evidence by calling our support team, we will confirm the claim. Upon confirmation, we will send you a new one at no additional cost.
